  • How many guests can Social Haus Studios accommodate?
    Social Haus Studios can accommodate up to 130 guests (seated) and up to 250 guests (standing).
  • How can I reserve my date?
    To reserve your date at Social Haus Studios, we recommend filling out our contact form or you can contact us via phone at 504-435-7592 to make sure your date is available. Once it's confirmed that your date is available, we require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your total booking costs, a signed contract and a $500 security/incidental deposit (due the Monday before your event). Once we have the retainer and signed contract, we will happily reserve your date for you.
  • Why is a security/incidental deposit required?
    The $500 refundable security/incidental deposit is required to make sure that all terms in the contract was adhered to and that Social Haus Studios event venue is returned to the owners in same or better condition that it was given to the renter. The security/incidental deposit must be paid in full to have access to the venue, failure to pay will result in cancellation of event date and no monies will be refunded. In the event that there is damage to the venue, any breaching of the signed contract or any time overages, your deposit will have the right to be deducted from and or forfeited. All unused security deposit funds will be returned to the renter once the owner inspects the venue to make sure that: (1) Client nor client's vendors has NOT gone over the allotted timeframe, (2) The venue is returned is same or better condition for when it was given to the Client, no damage to the venue, no damage to the surrounding venue property and no violations to the terms of the contract, (3) The venue is clean in accordance to the cleaning policy stated in the signed contract. The security/incidental deposit will be refunded within 3-7 business days of the venue rental assessment.
  • When would I be able to tour the venue?
    If you’d like to view our venue, tours are available Tuesday's and Thursday's 6PM - 8PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Click here to schedule!
  • What type of clean up am I responsible for?
    All cleaning the client is responsible for will consists of: wiping counters, tables and chairs emptying all trash bins INCLUDING restrooms trash bins cleaning any spills/stains removing all food, beverages, and service items from the inside and outside of the venue sweeping floors discarding trash and placing it in the dumpster behind the venue (all boxes must be broken down before disposal) removal of all props/decor from the interior and the exterior of the premises by the end of the event time.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
    Even though your retainer fee is non-refundable, you have the ability to reschedule your event on a mutally agreed date within (1) year from your original booking date. If you decide to cancel your event less than 30 days before your event date, you will lose your retainer fee plus any additional money that has been paid. There will be NO refund issued. If you decide to cancel your event 30 days prior to your event date, you will lose your retainer, but any additional money WILL be refunded.
  • When is the full payment due for my event?
    All payment must be completed and will be due 30 days before your event date. If you decide to book an event in less than 30 days, the FULL booking costs will be due at the time of booking to secure your event date.
  • How much time do my vendors and I have to set up my event?
    We allot you and your vendors 2 hours to set up prior to your event start time and 1 hour after event end time to breakdown. Additional set up time can be purchased if it is available and requested in advance and approved by Social Haus Studios in writing.
  • What decor/items aren't allowed in the venue?
    NO crawfish, firearms, sparkle machines, fireworks, glitter, pets, confetti, fresh rose petals, loose helium balloons, exposed or open flames, hookah, vaping, smoke, smoke machines or fire of any type are allowed in the venue. Nothing may be adhered to the walls, floors or ceiling with tape, nails, hooks, tacks, staples, pushpins, or any other adhesive that will cause damage to the walls, floors or ceiling. Client agrees to notify Social Haus Studios of any unique props or performances for their event. There will be NO cooking of any kind allowed on premises. This policy applies to deep fryers, air fryers, griddles, indoor grills and all other cooking appliances. There will be NO "surprises" the day of your event including, but not limited to, bounce houses, exotic dancers or performances of a sexual nature, additional speakers without consent of venue etc. No decorations or props may be installed on the outside of the venue. Client agrees to notify Social Haus Studios of any unique props or performances for their event. If any items are used, client understands that they are forfeiting their security deposit.
